YOU: Have time and energy to MANAGE ALL OF THE PRE-PLANNING for your event but trust us to manage the final details and the event day


WE: Coordinate all of the moving pieces in the final month and ORCHESTRATE EVERYTHING ON THE EVENT DAY



  • Set up pre-discussed decor items (table numbers, place cards, guest book, signage, etc.)

  • Attend to vendors (ex. greet, offer direction, answer questions, etc.)

  • Attend to VIP guests (ex. give gentle cues to keep the itinerary flowing, assist during photo sessions, run errands, etc.)

  • Distribute personal flowers, pin boutonnieres and corsages

  • Ensure all setup is complete on time

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as necessary

  • Assist with ceremony line up and processional cues

  • Assist with the transition of guests from ceremony to social hour to reception

  • Reposition decor as necessary throughout the event

  • Communicate with vendors and VIP guests to coordinate the flow of the reception (ex. wedding party grand entrances, welcome speech, dinner table dismissal, toasts, cake cutting, golden hour photos, first dances, grand exit, etc.)

  • Collect and repackage decor items to be transported away at the end of the night


  • Create a detailed, comprehensive event itinerary 

  • Have conversations with all vendors, including family/friend volunteers, to confirm final order adjustments, day-of timing, and details (ex. layouts, music selections, photo lists, final meal counts, centerpieces quantities, transportation routes, etc.)

  • Ensure the client has dotted all their "i"s and crossed all their "t"s big and small 

  • Run the rehearsal and make announcements to VIP guests to prepare for event day
