Before starting Great Day Events, I planned and managed events with non-profits and small businesses around the Midwest and Lake Tahoe [Nevada and California]. As a Minnesota native, I graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN with degrees in Relational Communication and Youth Ministry. The rewarding work of event planning and entrepreneurship lights me up. Serving and supporting my clients is on the top of my business priority list. Closely following that is motivating the young women on my team to chase their career goals with fearless ambition.

Julia and I first met while she was doing month-of coordination for my sister's wedding. Julia was organized, professional, and introduced a level of joy and ease I had not experienced during my wedding planning process. Her work opened my eyes to the value of investing in event planning and coordination. My strengths in organization and behind-the-scenes work mixed with experience in events and hospitality help me serve couples who choose Great Day Events to assist in their event planning and coordination.
