Administer personal flowers, pin boutonnieres and corsages

Distribute final payments and gratuities as necessary

Assist with ceremony line up and processional cues

Assist with the transition of guests from ceremony to social hour to reception

Reposition decor as necessary throughout the event

Create a detailed, comprehensive event itinerary and overview

Communicate with all vendors to confirm final order adjustments, day-of timing, and details (ex. layouts, music selections, photo lists, meal counts, centerpieces quantities, transportation routes, etc.)

Hold up to three planning meetings to ensure all details are complete and communicated

Run the rehearsal and make announcements to VIP guests to prepare for event day
